Our super smiley business and life coach, Rasheed, has been involved in coaching, training and personal development since the mid 1990s. To add to that, he’s had a 16-year career in media relations and communications, which makes him doubly useful to clients!

Towards the end of the 1990s, Rasheed decided to combine his coaching and publicity skills with his other big talent as a singer-songwriter to help other performers develop themselves and their careers. Mirtha is our amazing HR expert and problem-solver extraordinaire, with 20+ years’ experience in leading the HR function in organisations within the service and manufacturing sectors, covering all areas such as setting up suitable HR strategies, drafting out contracts of employment, employee handbooks and relevant policies and procedures, attracting and retaining high calibre employees, performance and conflict management, negotiating with unions, advising managers and directors on employment law issues, key performance indicators and difficult employment issues, absence management, procedural, redundancy and compromise agreement dismissals. She has also dealt with TUPE transfers, outsourcing, due diligence, mergers, acquisitions and harmonisation of Ts&Cs of employment.

Besides her professional experience, she holds a Diploma in Personnel Management (being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) plus an MA in HR Management, having specialised in corporate strategy, enabling her to link employees’ contribution to the operational and financial success of organisations.

She now heads HR Help 4 Business, a company specialising in freelance HR management for SMEs, offering guidance, support and management of people as and when required, giving companies a flexible approach to the effective management of their people without the cost of employing a permanent, full-time HR specialist.
