Besides her professional experience, she holds a Diploma in Personnel Management (being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) plus an MA in HR Management, having specialised in corporate strategy, enabling her to link employees' contribution to the operational and financial success of organisations.
She now heads HR Help 4 Business, a company specialising in freelance HR management for SMEs, offering guidance, support and management of people as and when required, giving companies a flexible approach to the effective management of their people without the cost of employing a permanent, full-time HR specialist.
