Our super smiley business and life coach, Rasheed, has been involved in coaching, training and personal development since the mid 1990s. To add to that, he’s had a 16-year career in media relations and communications, which makes him doubly useful to clients!
Towards the end of the 1990s, Rasheed decided to combine his coaching and publicity skills with his other big talent as a singer-songwriter to help other performers develop themselves and their careers. He also set up his own coaching business, and has been providing tailored coaching, talks and workshops for the public, performers, entrepreneurs and small businesses ever since.
Now a regular speaker at business and lifestyle shows, and a popular guest expert on radio and TV, Rasheed is much in demand for his coaching. We’re thrilled to have him on board to help you get the results and fulfilment you want.

Truly weird: while in PR, he appeared in a TV pilot of a Julian Clary show, only to be put into a giant envelope and carried off by two of Julian's scantily clad assistants – giving a whole new meaning to ‘first class mail’…
